Thom Michael Mulligan born and raised in NYC worked in theatre/commercials, soaps and film before moving to Southern California in 1994 to pursue film and tv in hollywood! in recent years he has worked in numerous indie feature films such as A Gothic Tale, Crucifx Wizard, Exodous and the recently completed action/thriller  Fierce Target.

Thom met Drop Dead Pictures partner Joey Lanai in an acting class in LA about 5 years ago where he was introduced to the Callous script and was taken by the raw quality of the script and story, feeling it was a movie that had to be made. Thom is very honered and excited to be part of Callous as a producer and actor.

Thom is also involved with the New Hope Film Festival in New Hope Pa as Director of Submissions for the festival and looks forward to the premiere this June 2010.

When not acting or producing Thom both plays and coaches hockey and gives back time to his community as a hockey coach, where he loves to coach and teach kids the finer aspects of the game.

He also wrote the full length play "Just Dirty Laundry" which was produced and recieved critical acclaim in Pennsylvania. As a producer, Thom looks forward to bringing Callous to the big screen soon.
